Medical Scrub Tops
Medical scrub tops are available in several styles. V-neck scrub tops
and wrap around scrub tops are some of the styles worn by nurses,
doctors and technicians. They are all available in many colors and
patterns.
V neck scrub tops are one of the more popular style of nurse scrub
tops. Many who wear
scrub tops find that this style more comfortable. It allows for ease of
movement and there is no collar to catch on stethoscope or badge
lanyard.
Many hospitals and doctor offices require or encourage wearing
bright, cheery print scrub tops. This helps reduce patient anxiety
especially when working with children. Nurses print scrub tops are very
common.
In addition to reducing anxiety and adding a bit of brightness to a
hospital room or doctors office, scrub tops prevent damage to clothing.
They are durable and easy to care for. It is a good idea to have at
least one scrub top per workday plus one. Always have an extra scrub top
in locker or car in case you need to change during a shift.
